DEPUTY MINISTER OF MoET
Honourable Ntoi Rapapa (Prof) is the Deputy Minister of Education and Training. He was appointed as the Deputy Minister following his election as a Member of the Senate after the national slap elections held on the 3rd June 2017.

EDUCATION
Honourable Rapapa holds a PhD in Physicsfrom the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom which he acquired in1999. In 1995 he obtained Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Physics from the International Centre of Theoretical Physics in Italy. Apart from his international education, Honourable Rapapa also attained a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics at the National University of Lesotho in 1993.
CAREER OUTSIDE POLITICS
Honourable Rapapa worked as the Chief Executive Officer for the Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority (LEWA) from 2010 to 2016. He also worked at the National University of Lesotho as an Associate Professor,Senior Lecturer, Lecturer and Assistant lecturer from 1995 to 2010 respectively. He was a Teaching Assistant and Tutorial Assistantat the University of Manchester from 1997 to 1999.
PERSONAL LIFE
Honourable Rapapa is married with two children.
